These terms govern your use of ClickRank.lol, operated by the party identified in the Legal notice. By adding an entry or buying an ad slot you accept them. See Rules for how the leaderboard and ad slots actually work — read both.
ClickRank.lol is a free public leaderboard: anyone can list a product, app, or profile at no cost, and its rank is determined purely by how many times other visitors click a vote button for it. Separately, the site sells a fixed number of paid ad placements on its side rails — that is the only part of the site that involves money.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to buy an ad slot. Adding a free leaderboard entry doesn't require payment, but the same content rules in Rules apply.
Ad slots are processed by Stripe and cost a flat $49 for 30 days. Once a payment is confirmed, it is final — we don't offer refunds for a slot you've already purchased, including if you change your mind or if your content is later removed for violating these terms. Nothing here overrides any consumer right that cannot be waived by contract under mandatory law that applies to you.
You may list a product website, app, or an X/Twitter @handle — as a free leaderboard entry or as a paid ad. You may not list: chat or invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, or similar), adult/sexual content, content that is illegal where you or we are based, content that infringes someone else's rights, or malware/phishing links. Link shorteners are rejected. Names and taglines are checked against a basic profanity filter.
Basic checks run automatically at submission time, but this is not full human moderation. We can remove any entry or ad that violates these terms at any time, without a refund of any ad payment already made. If you spot something that should not be on the board, email the contact address in the Legal notice.
Rank reflects click activity on this site, nothing more. We reserve the right to remove obviously artificial click activity (bots, click farms, scripted automation) and to reset or adjust an entry's count if we find clear evidence of it — this doesn't affect ad slots, which are unrelated to click counts.
You keep whatever rights you have in the name, tagline, URL, and handle you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a license to display it publicly on the board (or the ad rail, for a paid slot) for as long as it remains active. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular rank or ad placement will drive any particular result for you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms, the Rules, or the ad slot price/duration described there. Changes apply from the moment they're published on this site; they don't retroactively change a payment you already completed.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence, and can bring a claim in the courts of your own domicile as well as Spain's. The European Commission also runs an Online Dispute Resolution platform for EU consumers, at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
